make a ready of left out rice, red chili powder, cumin seed, salt
in a mixi jar add left out rice, red chili powder, salt and cumin seed and grind it
add water little to make as a thick like dough
take a star murukku pressure
stuff the the left out rice dough into the murukku pressure
in a thin cloth press the murukku pressure as shown in a picture
allow to dry for 2 days until it get completely dry
once it get dry remove from the cloth
leftout rice vadagam is ready
heat the oil and fry the vadagam
