For preparing lemon grass steamed pomfret, make slits on cleaned fish.
Marinate with oyster sauce, salt and pepper.
In a pan, heat butter or mustard oil.
Add ginger, shallots, lemon grass, green chillies, capsicum and fry well.
Add fish sauce, pepper, salt and ajino moto.
Remove from flame.
In a foil, spread the fried masala and keep the fish on top.
Cover it well and cook in steamer for 25 minutes.
Lemon grass steamed pomfret is ready. Serve hot.
