Madhura Kizhangu Mezhukkupuratti, also known as Sweet Potato Stir Fry, is a cherished dish in Kerala cuisine.

- 2 Nos. Sweet potato Madhura Kizhangu
- 2 Pinch Turmeric powder
- 1-2 Tsp Crushed dried red chilly
- 1 Tsp Mustard seeds
- 1/2 Cup Water
- Curry leaves Few
Cut the sweet potato into medium sized pieces.
Add salt, turmeric powder and water into the sweet potato pieces. Pressure cook for 1 whistle.
Heat oil in a kadai and splutter mustard seeds.
Add curry leaves and crushed chilly. Saute for few seconds.
Finally add the cooked sweet potato.
Mix this slowly for 4-5 minutes and turn off the flame.
Serve it along with a cup of hot black tea.
