Prepare a mixture and apply it on the drained prawns. Set aside for a few minutes for marination. Take a pan, pour enough oil and fry the prawns.
Keep the fried prawns aside.
For Preparing Masala:
Heat oil in a bottom thick pan and add crushed ginger garlic and saute for 1 minute.
Add sliced onion and salt. Saute until It turns brown. Add oil if needed. Onion should be well sauteed in this recipe. So never compromise on this step.
Add crushed green chilly and saute it well.
Add sliced tomato and mix well. Cover and cook for around 5 minutes or until tomatoes are cooked.
Add pepper powder and garam masala. Saute it well until it releases a pleasant aroma.
Add fried prawns and mix well.
Add some coriander leaves at this stage.
Serve the dish with rice, pulao, ghee rice, chapati or any Indian bread. Enjoy 🙂
