Malai Mutter
This is north indian recipe. Fresh cream is added more and milk too. Rich and high fatty recipe, more calcium too. Nice combo to indian breads, pulao.

- 1 cup Peas Boiled
- 2 chopped Onion
- 1 chopped Tomato
- 1/2 cup Milk
- 5 tbsp Fresh cream
- 1 tsp Ginger garlic
- 1 tsp Red chilly powder
- 1/2 tsp Garam Masala
- 1 tsp Coriander powder
- Salt As per taste
- 1/4 tsp Turmeric
- 1 tsp Jeera
- 3 tsp Oil
In a pan add oil then temper jeera
Saute ginger garlic till the raw smell goes out.
Now add chopped onion then saute well till transparent.
Now add chopped tomato then cook till it turns into soft.
Add all powders and mix well.
now add boiled peas then cook for 3 mins.
Now add milk and bring to one boil.
Now add fresh cream mix well cook for 2 mins and turn off.
Now it is ready to serve with Roti malai Mutter.,
