Peel the mangoes and cut into small pieces.
Add oil to a frying pan and heat. Add the mango pieces, green chillies, ginger and turmeric powder. Fry till mango pieces are smooth.
To another frying pan add the sesame seeds and fry(without oil) until brown. Grind into a coarse powder.
Add the fried mango pieces, green chillies and ginger to a grinding jar and grind. Add salt and sesame seed powder. Take the dough into a bowl and keep aside.
Add oil to a frying pan and heat. Add asafoetida and then splutter mustard seeds. Add the garlic bulbs, then the red chillies and finally the curry leaves and fry.
Add this to the mango and other ingredients dough along with oil in the pan. Mix thoroughly.
Best with rice and other breakfast snacks.
