Meditaranian Capsicum Memule
Capsicum filled with minced beef , rice, onion and spices and cooked in spicy tomato sauce

- For filling
- 250 gm Beef minced
- 1 cup Basmai rice
- 2 Oonion
- 6 cloves Garlic
- Ginger small piece
- 2 Nos Green chillies
- 1 tsp Red chilly powder
- 1/2 tsp Black pepper powder
- 1 tsp Garam masala
- 6 Capsicum
- For spicy tomato sauce
- 2 Nos Tomato
- 1 Nos Onion
- 3 cloves Garlic
- 2 tbsp Tomato puree
- 1 tsp Red chilly powder
- 2 cups Water
Filling
Grate the third ingradients in to a vessel.
Chop green chillies.
Mix all ingredients very well except capsicums.
Cut the top part of capsicums, remove seeds and fill with the mixture.
Sauce
Heat oil in a pot big enough for all the filled capsicums.
Chop onion and garlic and saute for few minutes.
Add tomato puree and saute for further few minutes, then add chilly powder.
Add chopped tomatos and cook till oil seperates.
Add water and bring to boil.
Place all the capsicums and cook in a medium flame fo 40 minutes
:- Serve with toasted baguettes.
