Mint Raita | Pudina Raita
Mint Raita, also known as Pudina Raita, is a cooling and flavorful yogurt-based accompaniment popular in Indian cuisine.

- 1 Handful Mint
- Few Coriander leaves
- 1 Tsp Fennel seeds Perumjeerakam
- 1 No. Green chilly
- 1 Cup Curd
- Salt as reqd
Add fennel seeds and green chilly to a grinding jar.
Add mint, coriander leaves and 2 tbsp curd. Grind to make a fine paste.
Add remaining curd and salt as required.
Mix well and serve along with pakodas.
