Mint Semiya

this is a simple and easy to cook. this we can pack as a lunch box for kids.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 pack Semiya
  • 1/4 cup Mint
  • 2 Green chili
  • 1/4 tsp Ginger garlic paste
  • 1 chopped Onion
  • 1 tsp Mustard
  • 2 tsp Oil
  • Salt as taste

Instructions
 

  • In a Jar add mint and green chili. grind well
  • Now in a vessel boil the water and add salt and oil and turn off. Now add semiya and close lid for 10 minutes
  • Strain from water and keep aside
  • In a pan add oil, temper mustard and add onion. saute well and add ginger garlic paste
  • Now add Mint paste and cook till oil comes out
  • Now add that cooked semiya mix slightly
  • Now leave for 2 minutes in a low flame and turn off
  • Now its ready to serve Mint Semiya
