Mint Semiya
this is a simple and easy to cook. this we can pack as a lunch box for kids.

- 1 pack Semiya
- 1/4 cup Mint
- 2 Green chili
- 1/4 tsp Ginger garlic paste
- 1 chopped Onion
- 1 tsp Mustard
- 2 tsp Oil
- Salt as taste
In a Jar add mint and green chili. grind well
Now in a vessel boil the water and add salt and oil and turn off. Now add semiya and close lid for 10 minutes
Strain from water and keep aside
In a pan add oil, temper mustard and add onion. saute well and add ginger garlic paste
Now add Mint paste and cook till oil comes out
Now add that cooked semiya mix slightly
Now leave for 2 minutes in a low flame and turn off
Now its ready to serve Mint Semiya
