Moru Curry
a simple curd based Kerala side dish. It is usually prepared by adding ash gourd or pappaya or cucumber.

- 1 cup Curd
- 1/2 cup Coconut
- 1/4 teaspoon Turmeric
- 2 tablespoons Oil
- Ginger small piece.
- 2 Garlic
- 1 teaspoon Mustard &uluva
- Curry leaves
- 2 Unakku Mulaku/ red chillies
- 1 teaspoon Jeerakam
- 3-4 Small onions
- Salt for taste
Grind coconut, jeerakam, turmeric, ginger, garlic, small onion to a smooth paste.
Heat oil in a pan and add mustard & uluva, unakku mulaku, small onions, curry leaves and let it become brown colour.
Then add the coconut paste to it and let it boil
Switch off the flame and mix curd in it.
Moru curry is ready.
