Mushroom Cow Pea Salad
this is a juicy salad that gives the required energy in a short time..

- mushroom 1 1/2 cup
- cooked cow pea 1 cup
- grated coconut 1/2 cup
- mint leaves few
- coriander leaves few
- lemon juice 1spoon
- salt to taste
- white pepper 1/4 tea spoon
- olive oil 1 spoon
chop mushroom in small cubes and add it in boiling water
now squeeze a lemon in it and leave for 3 minutes
drain the water and transfer the mushrooms immediately to cold water
now add the cooked cow pea to it
also add grated coconut
add mint and coriander leaves
along with tomatoes
squeezing a lemon to it, add salt,white pepper and olive oil
now our delicious salad is ready
