Mushroom Curry Easy

Ingredients
  

  • 250 gm Button mushrooms
  • 1 cup Tomato puree
  • 2 nos Tomatoes chopped
  • 2 nos Onions chopped
  • 1 no Green chilly chopped
  • 1/4 tsp Ginger paste
  • 1/4 tsp Garlic paste
  • 1/2 cup Water
  • 1/2 cup Curd/yoghurt
  • 1/2 tsp Cumin powder Jeerakam
  • 1/2 tsp Coriander powder
  • 1 tsp Garam masala
  • 1/2 tsp Turmeric powder
  • 1/2 tsp Red chilly powder
  • 2 tbsp Butter
  • Salt As reqd

Instructions
 

  • Clean the mushrooms and keep aside.
  • Heat butter in a pan.
  • Add chopped onions and fry till transparent.
  • Add ginger-garlic paste and chopped green chillies. Simmer for 2 minutes.
  • Add all the powders and garam masala and fry for a minute.
  • Add mushrooms and cook for 2 minutes.
  • Add tomato puree, tomatoes, salt and stock and cook for 2 minutes.
  • Pour it into a microwave bowl.
  • Microwave the mushroom gravy for 3 minutes.
  • Pour the curd and mix well.
  • :- Serve with rice.
