Mutton Gravy Easy

Simple and tasty mutton gravy

Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb Mutton
  • 2 tsp Oil
  • 1 no Onion medium
  • 3 nos Tomato medium
  • 4 nos Garlic pods medium
  • Ginger A small piece
  • 2 tsp Coriander powder
  • 4 nos Red chillies
  • 1 tsp Whole pepper
  • 1/2 tsp Cumin seeds Jeerakam
  • 3 cups Water
  • Curry leaves A few
  • Coriander leaves A few
  • Salt As reqd

Instructions
 

  • Pressur cook mutton along with onion and water, upto 2 whistles.
  • Grind together tomato, garlic, ginger, red chillies, pepper and cumin seeds.
  • Add the ground mixture into the opened cooker.
  • Add oil, salt, curry leaves, coriander leaves and coriander powder.
  • Boil it on a low flame, until the gravy gets thick.
  • :- Serve with rice, parotha and chappathis.
