Ingredients
  

  • 1 Cup Sugar
  • 1/4 Cup Water
  • 1/2 Cup Ghee
  • 1 Cup Besan/Roasted and sieved gram flour

Instructions
 

  • In a pressure cooker add sugar, ghee and water.
  • Cook at a high heat for 5 to 6 whistles. Switch off the stove. Release the pressure.
  • Mix the roasted gram flour in a low flame and allow it to mix well and tighten.
  • Immediately transfer it to a greased tray and cut into squares. Allow to set.
