Heat oil in a pressure cooker and add cardamom, cinnamon and clove.
Add crushed ginger garlic and green chilly. Sauté for few seconds.
Now add sliced onion and sauté for 2 on minutes on medium flame.
Add diced potato and mix well.
Add diced carrot and mix well.
Add cleaned chicken pieces.
Pour thin coconut milk and pressure cook it for 2 whistles.
After releasing the pressure, open the pressure cooker and take out 4-5 pieces of cooked potatoes and grind it into a smooth paste by adding the thick coconut milk.
Pour it into the curry.
Add pepper powder and chopped coriander leaves.
Mix well and heat the curry for few minutes, do not boil the curry.
Creamy and tasty Nadan chicken stew is ready now.
