Nadan Thenka Chammanthy
It is a very tasty chutney.It goes well with idly,dosa oothappam,paniyaram etc.

- 1 cupgrated Coconut
- 2 Onion
- 4 Chilly
- 6 Curry leaves
- 2 tsp Yellow split peas
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1 tsp mustard
- 3 Red chilly
- 2 tsp Oil
In a mixer first grind coconut,onions,yellow split peas,green chilly and salt.
Add some water and ground to a smooth chutney.
Heat oil in a kadai and add mustard seeds.When mustards splutters add red chilly and curry leaves.
Remove from fire and add to coconut paste.Mix all together.
Next boil for 2 minutes
Now nadan thenga chammanthi is ready to serve .
