heat the oil in the pan and saute the small onion
add tomato and cumin seed and mix it
add curry masala and mix it
grind it and make a fine paste
heat the oil in the kadai and temper the mustard, fennel seed, curry leaves and saute the slice onion for 2 mins
add ginger garlic paste and mix well
add salt and turmeric powder and mix well
add the masala and mix it
add chicken masala, black pepper and mix
add chicken, mix well and allow to cook for 3 mins in medium flame until the water get dissolved from chicken
add coconut paste and mix it
add required water and allow to cook until the chicken get cooked and the gravy becomes thick consistency
now the nattu kozhi curry is ready to serve, garnish with coriander leaves
