Instructions
Heat oil in a pressure cooker.
Splutter cumin seeds.
Add garlic and saute for 3 - 4 mins.
Add moong dal, turmeric, chilly powder, salt and water and cook upto 2 whistles.
Garnish with coriander leaves.
:-Serve hot with white rice or chappathis.
