Instructions
Microwave garlic for 30 secs with its skin on it (or steam garlic, till it is 3/4th cooked).
Remove skin off the garlic pods.
Grind together all the ingredients along with the cooked garlic into a fine coarse paste.
:- Do not add water, while grinding.
Add some fresh finely chopped coriander leaves to the chutney.
Chill it for 20 - 30 mins.
:- Serve as bread spreads.
