Onion Egg Bull’s Eye is a delightful spin on the traditional fried egg, adding a burst of flavor and aroma with caramelized onions.

Ingredients
  

  • 2 Nos. Eggs
  • 1 No. Onion small
  • 2 Nos. Green chilly sliced
  • 3 Nos. Garlic
  • 1/4 tsp Chilly powder
  • 1 tbsp Oil
  • Salt As reqd

Instructions
 

  • In a small pan heat oil and sauté onion and green chilly for 4-5 minutes by adding salt as required.
  • Mean time crush garlic and keep chilly powder aside.
  • Break the eggs and slowly drop on the sauteed onion. Do not stir. Add the crushed garlic on top of it,
  • Cook covered on slow flame for 3-4 minutes till egg yolk solidifies.
  • Serve Onion Egg Bull's Eye hot.
