- 2 Nos. Eggs
- 1 No. Onion small
- 2 Nos. Green chilly sliced
- 3 Nos. Garlic
- 1/4 tsp Chilly powder
- 1 tbsp Oil
- Salt As reqd
In a small pan heat oil and sauté onion and green chilly for 4-5 minutes by adding salt as required.
Mean time crush garlic and keep chilly powder aside.
Break the eggs and slowly drop on the sauteed onion. Do not stir. Add the crushed garlic on top of it,
Cook covered on slow flame for 3-4 minutes till egg yolk solidifies.
Serve Onion Egg Bull's Eye hot.
