Ingredients
  

  • 1 Cup Gram flour Kadalamavu
  • 1/2 Kg Onion
  • 3 Nos. Green chillies
  • 2 Stems Curry leaves
  • 1/2 Tsp Salt
  • Spinach As reqd, Paalak/Cheera
  • 10 Nos. Cashew nuts

Instructions
 

  • Chop the onions, chillies, spinach and the curry leaves finely.
  • Add to it the gram flour, salt and cashewnuts.
  • Mix together to make a mixture and leave it for 15 mins.
  • Heat oil in a pan and drop the mixture in the form of even sized balls or pieces.
  • Deep fry till it turns golden brown.
