- 1 Cup Gram flour Kadalamavu
- 1/2 Kg Onion
- 3 Nos. Green chillies
- 2 Stems Curry leaves
- 1/2 Tsp Salt
- Spinach As reqd, Paalak/Cheera
- 10 Nos. Cashew nuts
Chop the onions, chillies, spinach and the curry leaves finely.
Add to it the gram flour, salt and cashewnuts.
Mix together to make a mixture and leave it for 15 mins.
Heat oil in a pan and drop the mixture in the form of even sized balls or pieces.
Deep fry till it turns golden brown.
