Palak Cutlet | Palak Tikki

Palak Cutlet, also known as Palak Tikki, is a savory and nutritious snack made primarily from spinach (palak) and a variety of spices and other ingredients.

Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 Cup Baby corn
  • 1/2 Cup Cauliflower
  • 1/4 Cup Capsicum
  • 1/4 Cup Palak
  • 1/2 Cup Potato Boiled and mashed
  • 1 no. Chopped onion
  • 1 tsp Ginger garlic paste
  • 3 tsp Chat masala
  • Salt As reqd
  • Chopped coriander Few
  • 1/4 Cup Bread Crumbs
  • Oil For deep frying

Instructions
 

  • Chop the capsicum, cauliflower and baby corn
  • Heat little oil in a pan and saute ginger-garlic paste and onion. Add chopped palak and saute until palak shrinks. Put off the flame, cool and grind the mixture to a fine paste.
  • Meanwhile, boil and mash the potato.
  • In a bowl add palak paste, coriander leaves, mashed potato, cauliflower, capsicum, baby corn, required salt and chat masala.
  • Mix the mixture well.
  • Shape into round patties or cutlets.
  • Dust with bread crumbs.
  • Heat oil and deep fry the cutlets well to a golden brown color.
  • Now Palak Cutlet is ready.
