Palak Paneer With Potato

Tasty recipe made with palak, paneer and potato with a nice masala

Ingredients
  

  • 1 bunch Palak
  • 2 nos Potato cooked and mashed
  • 1 cup Paneer
  • 1 no Onion chopped
  • 3 nos Green chillies chopped
  • 2 nos Tomato chopped
  • 1 cup Capsicum different color chopped
  • 1 1/2 tsp Garam masala
  • Ginger garlic paste - 1 tbsp
  • 2 tsp Chilly powder
  • 1 tsp Turmeric powder
  • 2 tsp Cumin powder Jeerakam
  • 2 tsp Coriander powder
  • Pepper As reqd
  • 2 tsp Fenugreek leaves dry Uluva ela
  • 1 tbsp Butter
  • Salt As reqd
  • Oil As reqd

Instructions
 

  • For preparing palak paneer with potato, first boil chopped palak and grind it into paste with 1 green chilly.
  • Keep it aside.
  • Mash the potato and keep aside.
  • In a frying pan pour 1 tbsp oil and fry paneer cubes in it.
  • Drain from oil and keep aside.
  • In the same oil add little butter and fry onion.
  • Add garam masala, ginger-garlic paste, tomato and saute well.
  • Add green chillies, capsicum, chilly powder, turmeric, cumin powder and coriander powder.
  • Add little salt and saute well.
  • Now add the mashed potato and mix well.
  • Add little water to make a semi thick gravy.
  • Add the palak paste and mix well.
  • Before changing the palak color, add paneer cubes and fenugreek leaves above.
  • Add pepper above. Remove from flame when paneer pieces are done.
  • Serve with butter on top.
  • Paneer palak with potato is ready.
