Remove the Palak leaves from stems, clean, wash and keepthem separately. Transfer the leaves into a cooking vessel. Add 1 – 2 cups of water and cook the leaves for about 10 minutes in medium flame. When the Palak leaves are cooked, allow to cool them for some time.
Grind the leaves nicely along with some water (the water in which the leaves were cooked) and change this paste into a big plate/bowl. Add wheat flour into this paste along with some salt and add some more warm water if required (here also you can use the water in which the leaves were cooked)
Mix it well and make a dough suitable for making Parathas. Make small balls with this dough and spread these balls in round shape depending on the size of the paratha that you want to make.
Heat a tawa, put the ready-to-cook paratha already prepared and cook it applying required quantity of Ghee/Oil.
When one side of the paratha is cooked properly, turn it to other side and cook that side also properly. Tranfer the cooked paratha from the tawa into a serving plate. Continue this procedure for making more parathas. Palak Paratha is ready to be served.
These Palak Parthas can be served with curd and pickles/chutney or sauce.
