Paneer Burji Easy

Scrambled Paneer masala (Dry dish)

Ingredients
  

  • 250 gm Paneer cubes
  • 4 tbsp Oil
  • 1/2 tsp Cumin seeds Jeerakam
  • 2 nos Onion chopped, big
  • 1 no Tomato chopped, big
  • 2 nos Green chillies chopped
  • 1/2 tsp Turmeric powder
  • 1 tsp Chilli powder
  • 1/2 tsp Garam masala
  • Salt As reqd

Instructions
 

  • Crush paneer cubes with hand.
  • Heat oil in a kadai.
  • Add cumin seeds.
  • Add chopped onion and green chillies and saute well.
  • When onion becomes soft, add crushed paneer and mix it well for 5 mins.
  • Add salt, chopped tomato, turmeric powder and chilli powder and mix it well for another 5 mins.
  • Sprinkle the garam masala over the dish and cover it with a lid and keep it on a very low flame for 5 mins.
  • After 5 mins, remove it from fire and mix it well.
  • :- Make sure that the dish is dry with a consistency of scrambled egg.
