Papaya Custard Dessert
Papaya custard dessert is a refreshing and delicious tropical treat that combines the natural sweetness of ripe papayas with the creamy richness of custard.

500 ml Milk 3 Tbsp Custard powder 1 Cup Sugar 2 Cups Papaya chopped 1/2 Cup Fresh cream 1/2 Cup Sago(Chowari) Cooked
Heat milk in a pan by adding sugar.
Meanwhile, mix custard powder in 1/4 cup hot milk.
Add cooked sago and cook for another 1-2 minutes.
Then add custard batter slowly and keep stirring.Stir it continuously till it becomes thick in consistency. Switch off the gas.
Add fresh cream and mix well. Let it cool down completely. Keep it in refrigerator for at least 2 to 3 hours.
Finally add chopped papaya.
Mix well.
Serve chilled custard.
