Instructions
Cut the pappadam into small pieces like shown in the figure.
Fry the pappadam pieces in oil and keep it aside.
Heat oil in a pan and splutter mustard seeds. Then add thinly sliced shallots and saute till it becomes light brown in colour.
Now add chilly flakes and saute for 2 minutes in low flame.
Then add grated coconut and saute for 2-3 minutes.
Add the fried pappadam in it and mix well. Lower the flame and cook it for 5 minutes and remove from fire.
Tasty Pappadam Mezhukkupuratti is ready. Serve it as a side dish with rice.
