Paruppu Thogayal
this is simple and very easy recipe. best combo to hot rice with ghee. Also can taken to idly and dosa. Only few ingredients are used in this recipe.

- 1 cup Toor Dal
- 4 nos Red chilly
- 5 flakes Garlic
- Tamarind small ball
- 1/4 tsp Hing
- Salt As taste
- 2 tsp Oil
- 1/2 tsp Mustard
In pan add tsp oil and roast red chilly
Now add toor dal, garlic then fry it till it turns into golden brown
Allow to cool and add tamarind
Now grind the mixture coarsely . Thogayal is now ready
Temper with mustard and pour into the thogayal. Ready to serve Paruppu Thogayal.
