Cardamom powder
Instructions
Cut banana into one inch round pieces.
Pour water and add the jaggery in a pan. Heat until the jaggery melts. Strain to remove dirt if any.
Heat ghee in a pan and transfer banana pieces into the hot pan.
When the banana turns light brown in colour, add melted jaggery to it.
Mix well and cook it for 5 minutes in medium flame. Add cardamom powder and remove from the flame after it becomes dry.
Tasty Pazham Nurukku is ready to serve.
