Ingredients
  

  • 3 Nos. Banana(Nendrakaya/Ethakka)
  • 2 Cups Grated Coconut
  • 5 Nos. Cardamom
  • 1 Cup Sugar
  • 1 Cup Roasted Rava
  • 3-4 Tsp Ghee

Instructions
 

  • Take 1 cup sugar in a blender and add 5 nos. of cardamom.
  • Grind sugar smoothly.
  • Cut the plantain into small cubes as shown in the picture.
  • Take 2 cups grated coconut and keep it aside.

  • Heat 3 tsp ghee in a non stick pan.

  • Add cubed nendrakaya and cook. Stir occasionally. Cook until the banana is soft.

  • Add the grated coconut and ground sugar. Mix well in medium flame and combine.

  • Add 1 cup roasted rava and combine. Mix well and cook for 2 minutes. Once cooked, switch off the flame.
  • Close with a lid for 10 minutes.

  • Make medium sized balls with your hand.

  • Wrap the Pazham Rava Laddu with grated coconut by rolling.

  • Rest the rava balls for 30 minutes. Kids love the sweet nutritious snack.
