Take 1 cup sugar in a blender and add 5 nos. of cardamom.
Grind sugar smoothly.
Cut the plantain into small cubes as shown in the picture.
Take 2 cups grated coconut and keep it aside.
Heat 3 tsp ghee in a non stick pan.
Add cubed nendrakaya and cook. Stir occasionally. Cook until the banana is soft.
Add the grated coconut and ground sugar. Mix well in medium flame and combine.
Add 1 cup roasted rava and combine. Mix well and cook for 2 minutes. Once cooked, switch off the flame.
Close with a lid for 10 minutes.
Make medium sized balls with your hand.
Wrap the Pazham Rava Laddu with grated coconut by rolling.
Rest the rava balls for 30 minutes. Kids love the sweet nutritious snack.
