It is a nice snack for kids . - Poha

- 1 cup Aval
- 1/4 cup Groundnut
- 1 tsp Mustard
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1 tsp Turmeric powder
- 4 Green chilly
- 1 tsp Oil
- 4 Curry leaf
Soak soft aval with 2tsp of water
Heat oil in a kadai add mustard seeds.When it splutter add red chillies.
Add onions and green chilli and saute for 2 minutes.
Add ground nuts,chilli powder and turmeric powder and saute for a minute
Saute for 2 more minutes until groundnut become fully roasted.
Add aval to this and stir for 1 minute.
Now poha is ready ,
