Fry the rice flour in the pan for 2 mins in a medium flame
in a bowl add hot water, salt and rice flour and mix well
make as dough and keep aside
grate the coconut, powder the cardamom and smash the jaggery
in another pan, fry the peanut and sesame seed and make as powder
In a pan melt the jagerry
Now add coconut, cardamom powder, sesame seed powder, peanut powder with jaggery
mix well and make as poranam
take a small ball from dough, make a shape for kozhukattai and stuff the poranam
cover the kozhukattai, and make a perfect shape
in a steamer keep the kozhukattai and allow to boil for 15 mins
now poranam kozhukattai is ready to serve
