Instructions
Boil the potatoes fully, peel and mash them.
Heat some oil and add mustard seeds and black gram and allow them to splutter.
Add finely cut onions and fry until the onions turn transparent.
Add some fine pieces of green chillies too. Stir in turmeric powder.
Next, add the mashed potatoes, salt and fry.
Finally, add some curry leaves.
