Potato Cheese Rolls

Potato Cheese Rolls are a delightful snack loved by people of all ages. With a crispy golden crust and a soft, cheesy potato filling, these rolls are perfect for any occasion.

Ingredients
  

  • 250 g Potato
  • 1 Tsp Chilly flakes
  • 1 Tsp Oregano
  • 1/2 Tsp Garam masala
  • 1 No. Onion Chopped
  • 1 Nos. Green chilly Chopped
  • 3 Slices Cheese
  • Oil for frying
  • Salt As reqd
  • Spring roll pastry sheets As reqd

Instructions
 

  • Peel and boil the potatoes.
  • Mash the cooked potato.
  • Add the spices and salt as required.
  • Add chopped onion and green chilly. Combine well.
  • Make small balls of the potato mixture. Spread a spring roll sheet and place 1/4th of a cheese slice and place a potato ball on it.
  • Prepare paste by mixing all purpose flour and water. Wrap the potato cheese mixture in the sheet as shown in the image. Seal the edges using the flour water mix.
  • Repeat the process with the rest of the potato mix. These wrappers can be frozen for later use or can be made ahead for a party.
  • Now heat oil in a pan and fry the rolls until crisp on all sides. Serve it with tomato ketchup.
