Potato Cheese Rolls are a delightful snack loved by people of all ages. With a crispy golden crust and a soft, cheesy potato filling, these rolls are perfect for any occasion.
Make small balls of the potato mixture. Spread a spring roll sheet and place 1/4th of a cheese slice and place a potato ball on it.
Prepare paste by mixing all purpose flour and water. Wrap the potato cheese mixture in the sheet as shown in the image. Seal the edges using the flour water mix.
Repeat the process with the rest of the potato mix. These wrappers can be frozen for later use or can be made ahead for a party.
Now heat oil in a pan and fry the rolls until crisp on all sides. Serve it with tomato ketchup.
