For preparing rice, take all the ingredients for rice and keep it aside.
Heat ghee in a bottom thick vessel, add cardamom, cinnamon stick, clove and green chilly. Saute for a minute.
Add tomato puree, turmeric powder and pepper corns.
Pour water into it and let it boil. When it starts to boil, add rice.
Cook the rice until fully done.
For preparing prawn masala,heat oil in a vessel and saute onion until it becomes soft and light brown in colour. Add chopped tomato, green chilly, ginger garlic paste and saute for 5 minutes.
Add prawns, garam masala, pepper powder, chilly powder and cook till the raw smell goes away.
Serve the Prawn Biriyani with fresh veggie salad.
