Add chopped green chilly, chopped curry leaves, chopped onion and salt as required.
Add water as specified. Make sure that the batter is very runny.
The consistency should be very loose.
We need to make the dosa on the frying pan.The tawa should be really hot. Pour the batter on the tawa and fry it. Spread little oil only if you want and cook it in medium flame. No need to flip the dosa.
