Ragi Methi Adai
this is an excellent break fast to consume with all the goodness of ragi and methi,and it is easy for digestion

- ragi 1 cup
- rice 1 cup
- urad dal 2 tbsp
- onion chopped 1 cup
- methi leaves 1 cup
- grated carrot 1 cup
- salt to taste
soak ragi rice and urad dal for 5 hrs grind and allow it to ferment for 5 hrs
prepare the batter like this
add salt ,methi leaves, and carrots and stir well
spread it in dosa pan and cook both sides
adai is ready to serve
