On a heated tawa, pour 1/2 tsp of oil and fry onions till they are brown in color.
Place fennel seeds, grated coconut, cloves, cinnamon and cardamom followed by the above fried onions in a mixer bowl.
Grind it well to make a smooth paste.
Heat oil in a pressure cooker.
Fry the above paste for 30 seconds.
Add ginger-garlic paste and fry.
Add tomato and fry well.
Add turmeric, chilli and coriander powders and fry till raw smell goes.
Add rajma, water required for gravy and salt and pressure cook for 10 mins.
Garnish with coriander leaves, before serving.
