250 g Rajma Soaked overnight, cooked and mashed 100 g Paneer Grated 1 no. Potato Boiled and mashed 2 nos Onion Finely chopped 1 tsp Ginger garlic paste 1 tsp Lemon juice ½ tbsp Coriander leaves chopped 1 tsp Pepper powder Turmeric powder A pinch 1/2 Cup All purpose flour 200 g Bread crumbs Oil As reqd Salt As reqd
For preparing Rajma Paneer Cutlet, first heat oil in a pan and add ginger garlic paste, chopped onion and salt. Fry well
Now add grated paneer. Saute for a minute and add mashed potato and rajma. Combine well. Add pepper powder and lemon juice.
Mix the flour in water to make a thin consistency.
Make balls out of the rajma mixture and lightly flatten using fingers.
Dip in the flour water and roll in bread crumbs.
Heat oil for frying in a pan and deep fry the cutlets till golden brown.
Drain excess oil and serve rajma paneer cutlet with any sauce.
