Rajma Paneer Cutlet

When it comes to vegetarian delights, the fusion of Rajma (kidney beans) and Paneer (Indian cottage cheese) takes center stage in the form of Rajma Paneer Cutlet.

Ingredients
  

  • 250 g Rajma Soaked overnight, cooked and mashed
  • 100 g Paneer Grated
  • 1 no. Potato Boiled and mashed
  • 2 nos Onion Finely chopped
  • 1 tsp Ginger garlic paste
  • 1 tsp Lemon juice
  • ½ tbsp Coriander leaves chopped
  • 1 tsp Pepper powder
  • Turmeric powder A pinch
  • 1/2 Cup All purpose flour
  • 200 g Bread crumbs
  • Oil As reqd
  • Salt As reqd

Instructions
 

  • For preparing Rajma Paneer Cutlet, first heat oil in a pan and add ginger garlic paste, chopped onion and salt. Fry well
  • Now add grated paneer. Saute for a minute and add mashed potato and rajma. Combine well. Add pepper powder and lemon juice.
  • Mix the flour in water to make a thin consistency.
  • Make balls out of the rajma mixture and lightly flatten using fingers.
  • Dip in the flour water and roll in bread crumbs.
  • Heat oil for frying in a pan and deep fry the cutlets till golden brown.
  • Drain excess oil and serve rajma paneer cutlet with any sauce.
