Ramzan Special Mutton Chukka

Ingredients
  

  • 500 grams Mutton
  • 1/2 tsp Red chilly powder
  • 1/2 tsp Kashmiri chilli powder
  • 1 tsp Coriander powder
  • 1 tsp Pepper powder
  • 1/2 tsp Garam masala powder
  • Salt as required
  • 3 tbsp Coconut oil
  • 1 tbsp Ginger garlic crushed
  • 1/2 cup Shallots sliced
  • 1/2 cup Onion sliced
  • 2 nos. Green chilly
  • Coriander leaves chopped

Instructions
 

  • Wash and drain the mutton completely.
  • Add all masala powders given in the ingredients list and salt as required.
  • Marinate the mutton, add 1/2 cup of water ,mix everything well and pressure cook it for 5 whistle. It may varry depending on your cooker.
  • Heat oil in a pan and add ginger garlic.
  • Add shallots and onion, sauté until soft.
  • Add green chilly and saute for 2 more minutes.
  • Now add cooked mutton along with the stock(mutton cooked water)
  • Add salt if needed. Mix and cook until the gravy thickens and masala clings on to the mutton. (You can turn off the stove at any stage of your choice, I prefer to made it dry)and add some coriander leaves.
  • Serve it along with Rice Roti or Bread.
