Instructions
For preparing rava burfi, first dry roast semolina in a kadai. When color changes keep aside.
Dry roast coconut also. Keep them aside.
In a kadai, heat sugar. Add water and caramalize.
Add rava and coconut. Mix well.
Add cardamom powder. Mixture will start to come out.
In a plate, apply ghee.
Spread the rava. When cool, cut into desired shape.
Rava burfi is ready.
