Raw banana 1 no.
maida 1/2 cup
corn flour 1/2 cup
salt to taste
red chili powder 1 tsp
colour powder 1 pinch
butter milk 1/2 cup
Instructions
prepare buttermilk from curd
cut the raw banana into round shape
in a bowl add maida, corn flour, salt, red chili powder and colour powder
add butter milk and mix it
make as a thick batter
dip the raw banana one by one
heat the oil and fry it
crispy crunchy raw banana fritter is ready to serve. serve with chutney or sauce
