Restaurant Style Fish Fry

4-5 Pieces Fish Any fleshy fish 2 Tbsp Shallots 1 Tbsp Ginger 2 Tbsp Garlic 10-12 Curry leaves 1 Tsp Fennel seeds 1 Tbsp Chilly powder ½ Tsp Turmeric powder Salt as reqd 1 Tbsp Lemon juice 3 Tsp Oil For Marination 4-5 Tbsp Oil for frying
Take all the ingredients and keep it ready.
Take a blender and add ginger, garlic, curry leaves, shallots and fennel seeds.
Grind it.
Take a bowl and add the mixture along with chilly powder, turmeric powder, salt and oil.
Add lemon juice.
Add 2 tbsp water and mix well.
Clean the fish.
Marinate the fish in half of the prepared masala. Rest it for 15 minutes.
Heat oil in a pan and add fish pieces and curry leaves. Fry both sides in low to medium flame for few minutes.
When both sides are well cooked, move into a corner and add the remaining masala.
Saute it for 2 minutes.
Slowly combine everything together and cook for another 2 minutes in low flame.
Serve!
