Biriyani rice : 100 gm
Milkmaid : 1 tin
Milk : 3 cups
Elaichi Powder: 2 or 3
Almonds : 10 nos
Instructions
Soak rice in water for 30 minutes to one hour.
Drain water and grind to a fine paste.
Add milk to paste and heat together.Stirring constantly so that the mixture does not stick to the bottom.bring to boil. Cook for 7 to 10 minutes.
Add milkmaid ,almonds and elaichi and remove from fire .
Leave to cool and set in a refrigerator.
Serve cool.
