Yogurt
Instructions
Grind the coconut, jeera, green chilly and ginger and keep aside.
Pour oil in a wok/kadai, add splutter mustard seeds. Add uluva, red whole chillies and curry leaves.
Add the mango, ground coconut mixture, salt and mix well. Remove pan from fire.
Add the yogurt and mix gently.
Pachadi is ready .. enjoy.
