Instructions
Extract the tamarind juice and keep it aside.
Heat oil in a pan or a kadai.
Splutter mustard seeds and saute dry red chillies and curry leaves.
Add tamarind juice and allow it to boil.
When it starts to boil, add tomato, turmeric powder, rasam powder, chilly powder and salt.
Boil further.
Finally add coriander leaves.
