Sandwich Chutney
A green chutney with ginger and garlic makes this alive with flavour

For Chutney:-
- 1 bunch Mint leaves cleaned and chopped, Pudhina
- 1 bunch Coriander leaves cleaned and chopped
- 3/4 cup Grated coconut
- 2 one Ginger
- 2 - Garlic pods
- 1 no Green chilly
- Salt As reqd
- 1/4 tsp Sugar
For Sandwich:-
- Bread slices As reqd
- Butter(optional)
- Tomato slices As reqd
- Cucumber slices As reqd
Grind together the chutney ingredients and use just enough water to make a smooth paste.
Add sugar and adjust the salt.
Take a slice of bread and smear the chutney generously.
Place it down with green side up and layer with tomatoes and cucumbers.
Apply butter (optional) to the other slice and press down on the vegetables.
Repeat with the remaining bread.
Cut horizontally.
:- Chill and serve or eat it just like that.
