Ingredients
  

  • 10 nos Small idlis
  • 1 no Onion chopped
  • 3 nos Green chillies chopped
  • Ginger garlic paste - 2 tsp
  • 1 tbsp Green chilly sauce
  • 2 tsp Tomato sauce
  • 1 no Capsicum chopped
  • 1/2 tsp Chilly flakes
  • 1/2 cup Spinach paste

Instructions
 

  • For preparing saucy idly, fry onion, chilly flakes and ginger-garlic paste in oil.
  • Add capsicum, green chillies and fry again.
  • Add chilly sauce, tomato sauce, and spinach paste.
  • Mix well.
  • Add water and cook masala.
  • Add idlis in it and mix well.
  • Coat idlis well.
  • Remove from flame. Saucy idly is ready. Serve hot.
