Soak rice and chop all th onions and tomatoes
In a pressure pan add oil and whole garam masala
Add ginger garlic paste and mint and coriander green chili
Add soaked rice and mix well for few mins till water disappear
Add water 1: 2 and cook and turn off and keep aside
In other pan add oil and onions and tomato and green chili saute well
Add ginger garlic paste and all powder and coriander and mint and mix it
Add eggs and mix it well and cook in medium to low flame
When its scrambled add rice and mix it all and turn off the flame
Now its ready to serve Scrambled Egg Pulav is ready
