Instructions
For preparing semiya vettal, cook pearl sago and semiya with water.
After cooking grind green chillies, asafoetida and salt. Mix it with the pearl sago.
Using a ladle spread this mixture in white cloth and allow it to dry in sunlight.
After drying, fry this vettal in oil to use as side dish.
